If you wish to obtain further information about an object, or request a shipping quote, please contact us. Written descriptions and photographs of every object we sell are available upon request. These can be sent to you by e-mail or through the post.Please note that we can reserve an object for one week only.
It is also possible to place search orders, or to ask to be notified about new items.
How to order
Please contact us by e-mail, mail or telephone (for our non-European customers: please bear in mind the time difference; time in Holland is one hour ahead of UTC/GMT).If using e-mail, we strongly advise you not to include any payment details (such as credit card numbers) in your message.
Please note that availability of all objects is subject to prior sale. Once we have received your order, we will confirm availability of the object and inform you about the calculated shipping and insurance costs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated on a per order basis. On average these costs will not exceed 5% of the purchase price for destinations within Europe, and 10% for destinations outside Europe.Payment

Export licences
In conformity with the legislation of the European Union and the Netherlands all objects in our catalogue require an export license if they are dispatched outside the European Union, regardless of their value.We will take care of the application for an export license, for which there will be no additional charges.
Please be informed that because of this, the dispatch of your purchase may be delayed, since the whole process will take some time (on average approximately three weeks, but this period can be extended up to eight weeks. sometimes even more; it is beyond our control how long the authorities will need to provide a licence).
